1 - The tickets
Our company buys tickets of the events directly from official agencies, delivering them without any additional cost.
The price of the tickets, or the weekly pass, is always written on the information page of every event.
Once the group is formed, we book tickets and deliver them to the fans, according to the best places left at that moment.
Anyway, it's not possible to buy just tickets on this website. Our offer always includes tickets and Insider Experience: this is what makes our offer unique and inimitable.
2 - The Insider Experience
Insiders are working all year long on Tour, constantly in close contact with players and coaches and sector operators. That's why they are the best people to address your questions about the tour, your curiosity about the life of your favourite player. It's like having Tour guides made for you.
One hour every day, you will be driven through the amazing world of professional sport, thanks to the interview we will do with the insiders: coaches, personal trainers, stringers, physiotherapists, organizers and so on. Moreover, we will report the press conferences of the players, giving you all the curiosities about them.
Each group is made of maximum of 10 persons. So that you can create a friendly network, sharing emotions, stories and future sports events!
3 - The City Tour
We want to give a different view of the city, a different perspective. Every city, from the biggest to the smallest, has a story to discover. A story made of legends, characters, events, details.
We find the best guides in the world in order to offer the best experience. And we provide tickets for key attractions, which sometimes are not the most obvious choice.
It doesn't matter if you chose a 7 days package, or 3 days one. It doesn't matter if you leave for a big metropolis or for a little village. You will always find an amazing surprise.
Everywhere safe
As long as the pandemic is still among us, we want to stay safe and let the fans be safe from any kind of risk. We provide all equipment in order to manage a covid-free vacation. Where needed, we ask everybody to show their EU Green Pass.
The Academy: watch and learn
We created a virtual academy, that begins on-site during every tournament and goes on after the end. Courses on sports journalism, media communication, social media, photography and videomaking are available all year long. Beginner courses are just on-site, advanced courses are also available online. You will discover that learning during an event is much different, and give you a very clear idea of what you're going to study.

I want to buy just the tickets for the event. Is it possible?
Our basic package includes tickets and Insider Experience. Our offer is unique because of the chance to have a 'guide of the event', who can tell the stories about the players during the week, revealing the 'behind the scenes' you've never heard before.
Are you a ticket agency?
No, we provide services on site. We buy the tickets directly from the official agencies of the different tournaments.
There is a commission on the tickets?
The tickets come included in the packages without any commission.
How much time in advance should I book the package?
It depends on the event. Almost always it's better to buy the package well in advance, to secure a place. For every event in our calendar, we suggest a closing date for reservations. Sometimes, an event could be sold out even before the closing date.
Do I have to pay the entire package at the reservations?
Yes, at the reservation, you pay for the tickets and the Insider Experience.
Can I pre-order the package when the tickets are not yet on sale?
It's possible to pre-order the package, even if the tickets are not yet on sale, when the event is already on our calendar. Get in touch with us and we will add you to our waiting list: booking@setandthecity.com.
Can I choose the tickets?
When it's possible to choose the tickets, you will find the options on this website, on the page of the event in our calendar. If you don't find this option, it means it's not possible to choose. In any case, you could choose the kind of ticket, not the precise seat in the stadium. Anyway, don't worry: we are going to choose always the best seat according to the places left at that moment.
Are there limitations due to Covid-19?
Every country and every event has its policy concerning Covid-19. We will provide information about all restrictions on this website, on the page of the event.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
Every event has its policy concerning cancellation. We will provide information about a refund on this website, on the page of the event. In any case, for every event cancelled, you will be refunded for the part directly connected with us: the Insider Experience. We are not responsible for the policy of the events.
What happens if it's not possible to reach the minimum number of participants in a group?
When you book the package, the tickets are purchased right away. Thus, even if the group is not formed, you can attend the event. You can get the 'Insider Experience' part of the package refunded, or decide to use it for another event.
Where can I find the schedule of the week, and of every single day of the event?
The precise schedule will be sent via e-mail to every participant, according to the timetable of each event. The schedule of play of every day (decided by tournament organizers) will be announced one day in advance, on site. We will adapt the timing of Insider Experience, depending on the most interesting matches of the day.
Where and when can I buy the courses in journalism or photography?

I have to cancel a reservation. Can I do it? How?
Cancellations without charge are possible just before tickets are booked and the group is confirmed. You can cancel the reservation by sending an e-mail to this address: booking@setandthecity.com.
Can I reserve the flight and the hotel / BnB?
Our company provides tickets and Insider Experience. If you want to ask for a flight, a train, any other transportation or for accommodation, as well as for the tour of the city, you can ask our Tour operator partner.
